ADP TotalSource

These instructions are for ADP TotalSource. If you're using ADP's RUN payroll service for small businesses please follow the instructions here. If you're using ADP WorkForce Now please follow the instructions here.

• Log into ADP TotalSource as an Administrator.
• Navigate to Setup > Manage Partners > Accountant Connect
• Click Add Accounting Firm
• Enter either
• Accountant Email: books@vip.pilot.com
• Select Reports & Tax Forms under Access Permissions
• Click on Terms & Conditions to open and read
• Check the box next to Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions
• NOTE: The checkbox will not activate unless the Terms & Conditions link has been clicked.
• Click Add Accounting Firm
• If you are unable to locate these codes, please reach out to ADP for assistance

Pilot will send an invitation to the email on file under your ADP account to complete access to your payroll once provided with the Company Code & Service Code
