Please grant Pilot access to Brex Card and/or Cash by following the instructions below.

  • Log in to your account as a Brex admin.
  • In your Brex dashboard, click Team and then Users and cards on the left side menu bar.
  • Click Invite User on the right hand side.

  • Enter Pilot's information:
  • Email address: username@vip.pilot.com
  • Role: Bookkeeper
  • Budget: Skip or $0
  • Click on Send Invites.

Pilot will receive an activation email from Brex.

Pilot uses Brex's QBO integration (not Brex's Expensify integration) and can help you through that setup process.
