Integrations built for reliability, not workarounds

Pilot connects to 250+ banks, payment processors, payroll systems, and business tools. Data syncs automatically, reconciliation happens in the background, and your books stay accurate.

250+ integrations, from banks to niche platforms

Pilot works with the leading tools in your back office and fintech stack, your industry-specific tools, and more. When you need to switch banks, adopt new payroll software, or try a different payment processor as you grow, we're already connected.

Your financials flow in without you lifting a finger

Connect your accounts once and Pilot pulls transaction data automatically. Your bookkeeper isn't asking you to explain what happened in Stripe last month. Revenue from Shopify, expenses from Ramp, or payroll from Gusto flows into your books without you playing middleman.

Pilot handles the matching work across systems

When Stripe takes fees, Amazon holds back reserves, or your payment processor batches deposits, Pilot reconciles it correctly. We match transactions across your bank, payment platforms, and QuickBooks so your books reflect what actually happened

Smart tools. Smarter people. Confident decisions.

FAQs

How does Pilot connect to my tools and platforms?
Pilot uses secure API connections and bank-level authentication to connect to your banks, payment processors, payroll systems, and business tools. You authorize the connection once, and data flows automatically into your books. We use the same security standards as your bank to protect your financial data.
What happens if an integration breaks or stops syncing?
Pilot monitors integration health and alerts your team when data stops flowing. If an integration breaks, we reach out to reconnect it or work with you to get data flowing again. You're not left discovering a problem weeks later when your books should close.
Can Pilot add a custom integration for my specific tool?
If you use a platform that's not on our list, reach out to us. We evaluate custom integration requests based on feasibility and how many customers would benefit. In some cases, we can pull data manually or work with your tool's support to establish a connection.
Do I need to reconnect integrations every month?
No. Once you connect a tool to Pilot, it stays connected and syncs automatically. You only need to reconnect if you change passwords, if the platform requires re-authorization for security, or if an integration breaks and needs to be re-established.
What if I switch tools, like changing from Mercury to Chase or from Gusto to Rippling?
Pilot supports tool changes as your business evolves. When you switch platforms, we disconnect the old integration and connect the new one. Your historical data from the old tool stays in your books, and new transactions flow from your new platform. Your books stay continuous.
Does Pilot work with international banks and payment processors?
Pilot primarily works with US-based banks and payment platforms, but we support international payment processors like Wise (TransferWise) and international payroll providers like Deel and Remote.com. If you have international accounts or tools, reach out to confirm compatibility.
