To create a Pilot read-only user:

Select Self Service in the upper right corner.
Under Access Manager, click Sub User Management.

Click Add a New User.
Complete the the remaining with the following:
First Name: Pilot
Last Name: Bookkeeper
Email: username@vip.pilot.com
User ID: usernamebooks1
For access, select Read Access

Finally, confirm details and click Done.
