QuickBooks Payroll

Please note that QuickBooks Payroll is not the same as Intuit Payroll. Please double-check which payroll system you're using.

• For QuickBooks Payroll
• QB Payroll is native/internal to QBO, so to check if you have it, go to QBO > Gear Icon > Account Settings > Billing & Subscription.
• If you have QBO Payroll, you will see a subscription card for "QuickBooks Online Payroll."
• Please click the purple Add bottom at the bottom. We can access your payroll from your Quickbooks account.
• For Intuit Payroll credentials
• Intuit Payroll is not native to QBO, so you should not see anything on the subscriptions page.
