Abacus

Please grant Pilot access to Abacus by following the instructions below:

• Log in to your account.
• Toggled to the Admin tab in the top left hand corner of the navigation bar.
• Click on People in the left panel under Team Cards.

• Click the blue Invite Team Members button in the upper right corner.
• Enter Pilot's email: username@vip.pilot.com
• Click Invite.

Pilot will receive an email with an invitation to join your Abacus account.

Once we accept our invitation:

• Go to the People in the left panel under Team Cards.
• Edit the "Pilot Bookkeeper" user by clicking the blue "pencil" icon.

• To assign Admin role, select: Yes.
