Connecting Pilot and...

ShipStation

Please grant Pilot access to ShipStation by following the instructions below.

Log in to your account.
Click on the gear icon on the top, right corner.
Under "Account," go to Users.
Click + Add a User Account.
In the "Information" tab, enter Pilot's information:
Username: usernamebooks
Full Name: Pilot Bookkeeper
Email: username@vip.pilot.com
Click Save.
In the "Permissions" tab, enter Pilot's information, select the following permissions:
Customer Management
Inventory Management
Product Management
Reporting
Click Save
