Square

Please grant Pilot access to Square by following the instructions below.

• Log in to your account
• Go to Team on the left panel of your online Square Dashboard
• Click Create Team Member.
• Enter Pilot's information:
• First Name: Pilot
• Last Name: Bookkeeper
• Email: username@vip.pilot.com
• Click Save.
• Click Complete setup on the right panel.
• Assign job title: Bookkeeper
• Enter wages: None
• Click Save.
• From Pilot's newly created profile, click Set up permissions.
• Use the "Permission Set" dropdown menu to select Create new permission set.
• Enter a Permission set name: Pilot Bookkeeper
• Toggle on Full access.
• Click Continue.
• Choose Dashboard as the access point where Pilot can access Square apps, and click Save.
