Pilot Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Who is eligible?

To be eligible to receive referral rewards, you must be an employee of a Pilot customer, and must have created a referral member account.

What is the offer?

After you refer Pilot a new customer who purchases a bookkeeping subscription to Pilot, we will:

  1. Provide you with a $500 Amazon digital gift card and
  2. Provide the new customer with a $500 discount on their Pilot bookkeeping service. This $500 new customer discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.

How do you define a new customer?

At the time that you referred them, they can’t already have an account with Pilot and they can’t have already been referred by someone else or otherwise be registered as a lead with us. The referral must become a Pilot customer within 1 year from the referral.

How do I participate?

Create a referral member account or log in to your existing referral member account and either:

  1. Share your unique referral code/url, or
  2. Submit referrals directly through the referral member portal.

That’s it! We’ll follow up with them about getting them set up with Pilot bookkeeping.

How will I receive the reward?

After your referral has purchased a Pilot bookkeeping subscription, we will email you a $500 Amazon gift card. Gift cards are fulfilled and delivered by email from Tango Card.

If the total value of cash rewards you have received from Pilot exceeds $600 in one year, you’ll need to provide certain W-9 information so that we can comply with government reporting requirements. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the award.

How will the company I refer receive the discount?

The one-time discount will be applied across their first 1-2 invoices with Pilot and is not redeemable for cash.

Can I refer multiple companies to receive the reward multiple times?
