QB Commerce (Tradegecko)

If you access your Quickbooks Commerce (Tradegecko) in Quickbooks Online, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to QuickBooks Online
• Click the gear icon at the top-right
• Click Manage Users.
• Select Add Users.
• Enter Pilot's information:
• Role: Company Admin
• Name: Pilot Bookkkeeper
• Email: qbocommerce@vip.pilot.com

If you have a standalone Quickbooks Commerce account (your login is separate from your Quickbooks Online account), please share access to Tradegecko with Pilot with the steps below.

• Log in to your primary account owner Tradegecko account.
• In the Account Settings> Company Details> Team Members
• Click on Invite Another Team Member.
• Enter Pilot's information:
• Email: username@vip.pilot.com
• First name: Pilot
• Last name: Bookkeeper
• Role: N/A
• Click on Send Invitation.
