Silicon Valley Bank

The invite that you are about to send expires within 15 minutes of creation. Please reach out as soon as the Pilot account has been created to alert us of the invitation.

Please grant Pilot access to Silicon Valley Bank by following the instructions below.

• Log in to your bank account
• In the top right corner, hover over your name to expand that menu, and click Users.
• Click Add User and then select "Create a new user from scratch"
• Enter Pilot's information:
• User ID: usernamebooks
• First Name: Pilot
• Family (Last) Name: Bookkeeper
• E-mail Address: username@vip.pilot.com
• Role/Group: User
• Ignore all other fields, and click Continue.
• For "High-Level Services":
• Skip down and select Card Account Management if you have an SVB credit card that we also need access to.
• Click Continue.
• For "Service-Level Entitlements":
• Select the following permissions for each of your accounts:
• Account reporting
• Statements
• SVB Cash Sweep - if you have a Sweep Account
• Click Continue to reach the verification page.
• Click Continue one last time to finish.

Note: Depending on how your SVB account is configured, one of your co-administrators may need to "approve" the new user before we receive the invitation.
