Bank of America Cash Pro

To begin, from the Menu, select Administration, and then select Create UsersEnter the required User Information.

• First Name: Pilot
• Last Name: Bookkeeper
• User ID: usernamebook1
• Email: username@vip.pilot.com
• User role: General User
• Select No to assign Pilot's applications to manually
• Click Continue
• Applications: General Use
• Activities:
• Assign Activities and Limits
• Check all Reports
• Run Reports
• Define Customer Reports
• Display Transaction Detail Report

Accounts:

• From the Unassigned tab, select the account(s) check box.
• Click Assign Selected.
• Repeat for each application.
• Click Continue.

Review:

• Submit after affirming that the above access has been granted

Assign Activities and Limits:

• Check all Reports
• Run Reports
• Define Customer Reports
• Display Transaction Detail Report
