Connecting Pilot and...
Chase Business Bank/Credit Cards
Please grant Pilot view-only access to your Chase account(s) by following the instructions below.
- Log in to your account.
- In the top row, click on Account Management, and select Access and Security Manager in the dropdown.
- Click Add New User blue button, and Chase may ask you to enter your credentials again.
- Enter Pilot's information:
- First Name: Pilot
- Last Name: Bookkeeper
- Email: username@vip.pilot.com
- Create username: usernamebooks1
- You should see a confirmation that says "You've added an authorized user"
Next, you'll need to grant us "view-only" to each of your accounts. You'll see a list of your accounts below our user information:
- To the right of each account is an Assign access button.
- For each of the accounts that we should be able to view, please click Assign access and assign the following access level: “See Activity Only” and check the following:
- See check images
- See statements and documents
- For credit cards, check:
- Access level: See activity only
- General services
- See activity and balance
- See statements and documents
- Employee credit cards: Choose all
- Click Save.
