If you're following our Delaware Franchise Tax guide, you might wonder how to determine the number of shares you've issued. Here's a detailed guide for popular providers:

Pulley

Click on "Cap Table" in the left sidebar, then "Download Cap Table" and specify the correct end date. Then, look for the number in the "Issued and Outstanding" column on the report that gets downloaded.

AngelList

Click on "Equity" in the left sidebar, and then "Reports". Then select "Summary Cap Table", and put in the correct "as-of" date. The number you want is then going to be in the "Shares Issued and Outstanding" column in the downloaded report.

Carta

In the left sidebar, select "Cap Table" and then "View by Share Class". Make sure to update the "View cap table as of" field, and then the number you're looking for is the number of shares "Outstanding" in the table that gets shown.
