I’m incredibly excited for our speaker lineup at Founder Tactics, our one-day, founder-exclusive virtual event. Not only are we going deep on topics that are super-actionable to you as a startup founder, we’re doing it with some of the best minds in the industry.

Here are a few sessions that I’m particularly excited for:

1. "Founders and Funders: Building with AI"

The AI revolution is upon us—and this is your insider pass. This session is a unique opportunity to get insights from both sides of the table. I’m very excited to hear Sarah’s perspective on what investors are looking for, and Joshua’s take on how to keep your wits about you when you’re building in such a buzzy space.

2. "The CEO Journey from Pre-Seed to Series F"

Featuring Jack Altman, Chairman and Co-Founder of Lattice

It’s rare that you get a candid sit-down with a founder-CEO, and because Jack is also a friend (and early Pilot customer), I’m hoping the sit-down will be especially candid. I’ve always found that there are good lessons learned in sessions like these—and I’m looking forward to giving him a hard time about becoming a full-time investor.

3. "Is Venture the Right Path for You?"

Featuring Wade Foster, CEO and Co-Founder of Zapier

I’ve been a fan of Zapier since I first learned about it in 2011—not just because it’s an awesome product (and one of the earliest leaders in the no-code movement), but because of their amazing financing journey. In a world where venture funding feels much scarcer than it used to be, I’m excited to hear Wade’s tips on how to successfully run a capital-efficient business.
