The Corporate Transparency Act went into effect on January 1, 2024, which means that you now need to submit a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report.
You have to get this done by January 1, 2025 (or 90 days after your incorporation date, if you incorporated in 2024.)
You have two options:
1. Do it yourself by reading our detailed guide to the BOI filing, or
2. Pilot will file the initial report for you, for free, assuming you meet our criteria (but you likely do.)
