The Corporate Transparency Act went into effect on January 1, 2024, which means that you now need to submit a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report.
If your company was incorporated in 2024, you have 90 days from your date of incorporation to make this filing. (Otherwise, you have until January 1, 2025.)
