A Delaware annual report is a report that businesses incorporated in Delaware must file by March 1 each year with the Delaware Secretary of State. When completing your annual report, you also have to pay a filing fee and Delaware Franchise Tax.
Many startups incorporate in Delaware as C corporations, and you or your tax provider may need to prepare and file this each year. You can file it online and will include information about the corporation, such as its location, directors, at least one officer, authorized shares, issued shares, and gross assets.
